Our Offer

We are looking to establish a business relationship with one Realtor in each county across the United States to exclusively receive real estate leads that are generated from our websites. We do not charge per month or per lead for this service, just an initital one time startup fee of $100. In a perfect world, we really would not want to charge an upfront fee to get started...it just helps us to filter out the Realtors that are not fully committed.

For any real estate transaction that is closed from the leads we provide you, we ask that you pay us a referral fee of 25% (our owner has an active real estate license). In our mind, it is a win-win situation for both of us…you only have to pay us when you actually receive a commission and we are only compensated when a transaction actually closes.

Lead Volume Expectations

Depending on the market, we expect to produce at minimum one lead every four days (please keep in mind that this fluctuates depending on the time of year as well). To give you an idea, some of the sites we currently operate generate on average a lead a day while others may generate a lead per week.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for honest, full-time and hard-working Realtors that service mid to major markets throughout the United States and that are interested in growing their book of business.

The Website

We will design a custom website that is specifically tailored to the real estate market that you service. This website will be highly optimized for search engine rankings and will consistently produce a steady stream of real estate leads. Currently, we have over sixty running; at least one in each state and are constantly developing more.

Time Frame

Once you have signed up with us and have paid the $100 setup fee, we will custom design your site within 7 business days. From there, you should expect to start receiving leads within the first month.
